Vineyard Community Centre

The Vineyard Community is a charity founded by the church in 2012. It operates from our church basement and from five other premises in the borough. Our strapline, ‘help in crisis, hope for life’, communicates dual aspects of the relief of poverty for the most marginalised in our borough, and also the hope of a transformed life through the message of the gospel.

Vineyard Community operates crisis services and case working for the homeless, a social inclusion cafe, and a creative enterprise for women. The charity also runs the Richmond foodbank, a Trussel Trust foodbank relieving food poverty throughout the borough and beyond.

The charity continues to grow and expand its civic and church relationships across the borough but remains a work managed by the Vineyard Life church with the love of God at the heart of its values and with much dependency and prayer on the Spirit’s provision and leading.
